“Whistleblowing” refers to the reporting of violations of national or European Union laws that harm the public interest or the interest of a private entity by an individual who becomes aware of such violations in a public or private work context. Pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/2023, the companies of the Magic MP S.p.A. Group have established a dedicated internal reporting channel that allows you to submit such reports, where applicable, even anonymously.

Magic MP encourages good faith reporting of behaviors, acts, or omissions that the whistleblower has become aware of during the course of their work activities and that are connected to national or European Union regulations, including but not limited to:

  • Administrative, accounting, civil, or criminal offenses;
  • Unlawful conduct in violation of the organizational model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001;
  • Violations related to financial services/products and markets, money laundering, public health, consumer protection, personal data protection, or the financial interests and internal market of the EU;
  • Any irregularities that could cause damage of any kind or violate the principles, values, and/or regulations promoted by the Company in the context of its relationships.

Magic MP adopts all necessary measures to protect the confidentiality of individuals who report, file complaints with judicial or accounting authorities, or publicly disclose information regarding violations of national or European Union laws within their work context. In particular, in a spirit of cooperation and mutual trust, Magic MP guarantees maximum transparency and protection for employees, freelancers, consultants, collaborators, interns, shareholders, members of administrative bodies, members of management or supervisory bodies, and individuals working under the supervision and direction of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

In doing so, the Company promotes ethical behavior and a culture of transparency, clarity, and integrity at all levels of the organization.
