A real point of strenght of MAGIC is its spare parts warehouse, constantly up-dated and fully furnished to promptly satisfy all customers’ needs.
All new machines are equipped with a remote support teleservice device, which allows MAGIC’s engineers to help customers in real time directly from the headquarter of the company.
